YAY! A Big Win for Lennar with support from The Over The Moon Team

On Wednesday, March 14 night Carlsbad City Council approved the Poinsettia 61 development on a 4-0 vote. Lennar thanked our team as the Council really valued the public testimony and show of support including our CEO Stacie’s testimony. 123 new, and much needed, Single Family Homes in Carlsbad off of Poinsettia starting at $700,000. Plus, Lennar will fund the connecting bridge to complete Poinsettia Lane to El Camino Real.

Next we are on our way to the Coastal Commission, which is anticipated to be in late summer for final approval. See you there.

The Over The Moon team had a wonderful time at the 2017 BIA Installation Dinner!

The night was elegant and beautiful. It was so nice and such a pleasure spending time with everyone and sharing the festivities together. Everything was great- the dinner, the speeches and the videos were such an inspiration. Listening to the motivating stories of everyone in the Building Industry that are working so hard to improve the lives of everyone throughout San Diego reminded us that this is our time to make a difference.
